Is Kavring available in Finland?
We visit Sweden from time to time and always buy your Kavring to make wonderful "silltårta" and other delicacies. Unfortunately, our small "stock" is now finished.
As we will visit Helsinki in the near future, we wonder whether Kavring would be available there? (Have never seen it).
There is a German online shop who offers Kavring, but they do not have it in stock but order it from Sweden, which means that the delivery time (to Switzerland) is very long.
I have seen recipes to make Kavring at home, but this is no option for us because we also cannot get "rågsikt" here.
